The fire is the easy part.
Everything around it — the flue route, the load-bearing wall, the clearances, the paperwork with the fire authority — is what we are actually for. One team from first drawing to final signature.

A fireplace is a building job with a fire in it.
Most of what goes wrong on a fireplace project happens in the gaps between trades — the retailer who sold the stove, the builder who opened the wall, the sweep who came last and found a problem. We removed the gaps by doing all of it ourselves.

We survey the room, measure the flue route and draw the installation before a single product is chosen. Output is calculated from your actual space, not from a shop shelf.
Supply
We are dealers for the manufacturers we trust and can source the rest. You get one order, one delivery date, one invoice — and honest advice on where the money is worth spending.
Installation
Our own fitters, our own dust protection, our own clean-up. Most installations take one to two days. Nobody subcontracts your living room to a stranger.
Service
Annual checks, glass and gasket replacement, draught diagnostics. We stay responsible for the installation for as long as you own it.
Documented, reported, signed off.
Installing a fireplace in an existing Norwegian home does not need a building application — but it must be reported to your municipality's fire service, and the work must be verifiable afterwards. Owners are the ones legally on the hook for that notice. We do it for you and hand over the file.

A new chimney is a different matter — that does require an application, and we handle it as part of the project.
Photographs flatter every fireplace.
Heat does not photograph. Neither does the sound of a door closing properly, or how a soapstone body still radiates two hours after the last log. Both showrooms run live appliances during opening hours, and you are welcome without an appointment.

What people tell us afterwards
They found a flue problem the previous owner had papered over, told us plainly, and priced the fix before we asked.
Villa owner · Byåsen, Trondheim
Two days, no dust anywhere in the house, and the notification was already sent when they left.
Homeowner · Madla, Stavanger
Our architect had drawn something that could not be flued. They redrew it in a week and it looks better than the original.

An hour at your property. We measure, check the flue options, tell you what is realistic in that room and what it will cost. If the honest answer is that you do not need us, we will say so.
Prices are quoted per project. Every room, flue and wall build-up is different, and a headline figure would only ever be wrong.
