Home/About
Who we areA fireplace company that employs its own masons.
Founded in Trondheim in 2009, in Stavanger since 2016. Fourteen people: fitters, masons, a designer and two people who do nothing but answer the phone properly.
We started as fitters for other people's mistakes.
For the first two years the work was mostly repair: appliances too big for the room, flues too short to draw, inserts built into walls with no expansion gap. Almost none of it was the installer's fault alone — it was the handover between the shop, the builder and the sweep.
So we built the company to remove those handovers. We draw it, we supply it, we install it, and we come back to service it. If something is wrong, there is nobody else to point at.
What we can document
Certified installers
Every fitter holds level 2 or above from the Norsk Varme trade school; three of the team hold level 3. That is the qualification level a controller needs to verify an installation.
Qualified masons
Two time-served masons on staff, which is what makes bespoke surrounds and masonry chimney work possible in-house rather than subcontracted.
Insured and guaranteed
Full liability cover, and five years on our workmanship in writing, running alongside whatever the manufacturer offers on the appliance.
Authorised dealers
Dealer agreements with the Nordic manufacturers we rate, which means genuine parts, real warranty support and factory training rather than guesswork.
Clean-burn only
We do not sell or fit appliances that fail NS 3059 emissions requirements, including in cabins where enforcement is looser.
Two showrooms
Trondheim since 2009, Stavanger since 2016. Both run live appliances so you can judge heat, not photographs.
Visit without an appointment.
Both showrooms are set up as rooms rather than shop floors, with appliances running during opening hours. Bring photographs of your space, or the architect's drawing if you have one — an hour here usually saves a week of emails.
Book a free survey.
An hour on site tells us more than any phone call. You get a written proposal with drawings, appliance options and a fixed price.
